My two children, Mason (grade 6) and Evangeline (grade 2), attend CCS. We have been a part of the Cornerstone family since 2017. My husband, Jamie, and I just celebrated 13 years of marriage. We currently live in Coventry but will likely be moving in the next two years to Texas. While I am a born-and-bred New England girl, my husband has been away from his family since joining the Naval Academy in 2004, and he’s ready to move home. In the meantime, I’m trying to squeeze in all the time with my family that I can!
I enjoy knitting (usually in the winter months) but LOVE to read and bake all year long. I love spending time with my husband and kiddos – whether we’re playing a game, taking a walk, going for a bike ride, or snuggling together on our bed, just visiting and laughing.
I graduated from E.C.S.U. in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature. I could never pick just ONE favorite book, but my top three are easily The Lord of the Rings, Anne of Green Gables, and Jane Eyre. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, and I love it. I do work some days at CCS as a substitute teacher, and I love that as well! I am so thankful to be able to help when needed, to be near my children throughout the day, and to be a part of such an amazing school family.

Per our letter of determination from the IRS, "Donors can deduct contributions they make to [us] under IRC Section 170 [specifically, IRC 170(b)(1)(A)(vi)]. [We are] also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522."
Our FEIN is 93-1543512. Additionally, per our Public Charity Registration # CHR.0067540, the State of Connecticut has granted us permission (effective November 1, 2023) to solicit charitable donations, including fundraising in Connecticut.
